Jim is the Managing Director of CJ Walsh Group. As an insurance executive with 25 years of proven success in multi-site management, business development and strategic planning combined with his experience as a Branch Manager with two of the leading property/casualty insurance carriers gives him in-depth knowledge of technical and industry issues.
Jim has been successful in placing some of the top executive, management and professional talent with national and regional carriers, MGA's, agency/brokers, and risk management positions.
He specializes in Professional Liability for Directors and Officers, Architects and Engineers, Lawyers, Accountants, Public Entities, Medical and Environmental. As a member of PLUS (Professional Liability Underwriting Society), he is acutely aware of the industry challenges and who the difference makers are in this segment.

With 25 years of property/casualty industry experience, Christine has had a progressive career in claims adjusting, claims management and marketing. Christine has advanced her skills by earning an Associate in Claims designation. This expertise uniquely qualifies Christine to understand our client’s needs and determine the technical capabilities of candidates to fill those needs.
